Since MBS won't buy them back and I'm not allowed to make an ebay account, would any of you be interested in the following books:

Sound and Sense 8th Edition: 10 US
Learning Maya 7 wth Alias Sketchpad Pro 120 US
The Art of Maya 3rd edition 30 US
American Government 50 US

They are all in mint condition, the reason MBS won't buy them is becasue newer versions will be used next year.

I needs teh moneh. =/

The Text book industry is more corrupt than the fuel companies. They over charge for shitty books and wont take them back when you need to sell them simply because the 9th edition (read as Typo on page 242 was corrected) has been made.

Yes, I payed 600 US for all my books this year and I got 53 US back.
:ugh:

So I figured someone would atleast buy the maya books, I mean Alias is a 200 dollar program brand new.

I ran over a highschool book of mine once, (mistake) duct taped it together and turned it in. the teacher laughed his ass off.

Indeed. My high school charged me 270$ for the fucking scientific calculator they handed all of us because mine had a small scratch on the screen.

Then again. If they could most of the staff there would go around with tiny little mustaches walking like hitler and saluting like him. They're the biggest bunch of nazi's! EVER!

yes thanks to the textbook industry in case I ever have an itch to read over some differential equations or study the organs of the body or relearn about the war of 1812 all I have to do is go up to my attic....

Bah most of those books would probably make great fire starting material if you have a fireplace.

it's not the text book industry, it's the local stores, on college campuses, that over price them. They are a seperate entity from the school, so you can't even blame the school for it. you can only really point the finger at the stores themselves. Especially at my college book store, all the women that work there are fucking bitches.

Odd... our co-ops around here buy the books even if they can't sell them back. Then again... I don't think they give a flying fuck.
