I'm trying to get into the Outfit Database to re-add my Outfit, but I keep getting the "not logged in" error, even though I am logged in.

Check that you allow cookies? The authentication is relies on logging in with the remember me box checked and cookies enabled. If you can't get logged in, there is a cookie issue.

There shouldn't be any problem with cookies, no.

I took a look and saw no issue with your entry. Some day I will improve the login routines, I am sure that the cookies are what is causing it. Try a different browser too.

I was able to log in from home. I had been trying from work. (Shhh!) Since it's a government installation, it's entirely possible that they have cookies locked down tight enough that it interferes with the functionality here.
