You might want to be careful. I don't know if cross referencing threads is against the rules here. (Though honeslty i could be completely wrong. lol If so ignore this oops: I didnt see it in the rules but i thought it was one here for some reason.)

And I haven't had much luck with my recruitement threads either. I have never gotten a single response.

I think there are alot less people on the forums now since they reopened than when the site had been running continually since the begining of the game. So that might be part of it.

I wonder if it would be a good idea to post an advert in the official about the recruitment forum. Maybe people would come and use it. (if you see this hamma.) You know I honestly can't think if they have one there.

I've picked up at least half a dozen recruits from PSU. It's all about aggressive recruiting and looking like a pro. If you define yourself in a very specific niche, you won't get anywhere.
