hey, quick questions.

Thinking about getting the game but I just want to know is the game dead or still kicking? I dont want to buy the game and a month or two of time if theres only about 100 people on the server. I can get 64 from bf2 so 36 more isnt impressive and I know the games getting old now so I want to check with you guys first. Thx in advance.

Defintlet over 100 people on a server now-a-days. Im not sure about current numbers, but we can usualy get a pop-lock and a half per empire, I think. There are usually several major conflicts now, too.

Plus, if you don't want to pay, then I suggest enrolling into the Reserves program, if you need to get hooked first...

Emerald has on the weekends 2+poplocks. that means 266 players+ some 50ish on smaller battles. that means 266*3= lot more then 100

in the week its 1-1.5 poplocks

Continents have a limit for the amount of players playing on each of them, per faction I think. So when the limit is reached for your faction a "lock" symbol appears on the map, and if you still want to go there you will be put in line. Therefore, it's a population lock, or poplock, for short. ;)

Also, I think pay account players have priority over Reserve account players when trying to get into a poplocked continent... Don't know for sure though.

correct. reserves will always be last in line :)

the pop limit on 1 cont per empire is 133. so if all 3 empires have maximum amount of ppl on a cont, its 399.

if you wait as a fodder in line and there are 5+ppl infront of you, go uninstall.

there are always ***243;ther places to fight. i never wait in the queue

True, if your primary objective is a pop-locked continent, find out the secondary objective and go there. What is the secondary objective? Join a good outfit squad and ask.
