Problems getting in

Hey all, i have been having problems with my planetside and i really dont know what to do. I cant get to the realm page it just sits at connecting for like 5 seconds then it says disconnected. its been going on for like a month now and it is really ticking me off, hope to here some help soon, thanks

Are you using a router or firewall?

Check that the ports aren't being blocked.

PS was doing this for me also, so I connected my pc directly to the cable modem, and it worked. The Norton firewall asked for my confirmation, then the game connected.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game?
