Gio, I'm not under wieght. My BMI is 22.4 which is normal. It's kind of odd to say this but I can eat what ever the hell I want and not gain a pound.

My grandmother, mother and brother are allergic to Gluten (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gluten). I assume I am too. Gluten comes from wheat. After doing more research on the series of tubes that we call the interwebs, I think we all(we my family not we you) have Coeliac disease. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coeliac_disease)

5'5 and 170 lbs would put your BMI at 28.3. Which is "Overweight."

Useing BMI is not an accurate way to gage healthy weight. It�s more a rough guide line.

Indeed, I build muscle mass really easy. As well as lose weight easily. Unlike ectomorph body types (your type most probly... elongated body, trouble building muscle mass and easy to keep thin) or endomorph (fat poeple who have trouble losing it and keeping it off).

I have the so wanted V shape... sucks thought I have broad shoulders so I think I look kind of weird... meh well!

Believe me my couch potato friends, gaining weight as a skinny dude is not just a matter of eating something. I eat more per meal than most of you probably eat all day. :lol:
