The son wasn't even close to dying. Notice the straps going under his arms? Even if he arms fell off, there was crotch straps, so all of his limbs would have to fall off for him to fall out. Almost impossible...

And the mom was laughing 'cause she was having a good time, its not that easy to hear things at those speeds.

That was perfectly fine. He slipped out of his chest restraint, but the crotch restraint held his fat ass in fine.
