Anyone know how to remove keyboard key functions?

Everytime I'm playing a game I always seem to slip the windows button and it's to the point where I'm getting uh.. *very* upset with it.

Anyone know of a program that can disable the windows key function? or any other keys as well would help to.

I have LONG since removed both of my windows keys, going on 3 years now...
