I heard of some woman in NYC winning $1 million...again. I think it was 2 or 3 years after she had won her first million.

Yeah, and I can't even get my friggin dollar back when I play a scratch off. Lucky in love I guess....

Most I ever won off of a single scratch off ticket, was $14, and I was fucking happy.
