Its impossible to open one of hose doors. Atleast in flight. Remember, the interior of the plane has a mutch higher air pressure than out side, to open the door you must equalize the pressure. Also the doors are built to resist being sucked out, they arnt like a house door. They also open into the plane against the pressure.
