I guess you didn't have to see it. but....
Two Frat Boys sue Sacha and production company, for duping them into doing what they did...

It's funny because last night after I saw the movie, my girlfriend said, "They must be extremely embarrassed for what they said." I replied, " I wouldn't be surprised if they sued them soon."

Of course some of it was staged, in the sense of camera angles: Like when the camera is already inside the building while he is just walking in. Where it is not staged is that no one knew what was really going on. Everyone (Except for the few actors, including Pamela Anderson), actually thought that he was Borat, from Kazakhstan.
Those guys get what they deserve. Their lawyer said that they said stuff the normally wouldn't say. Of course they normally wouldn't say that stuff. Everyone would hate them for it. The fact is, the truth about them came out, and now what they feared about those thoughts, are coming true. They are embarassed, their family is embarassed, their friends and community think differently of them. But damn, that was scene was hilarious

Of course :D Although that Hot Coffee incident did have some validity.. But the "I'm sueing because i'm fat" case... That was hilarious.

It's not hot coffee in the GTA sense. He meant the person that spilled coffee on himself and sued because there was no indication that it was hot.

I know the whole hot coffee incident, and what happened.
I also just found out that the town in Romania, that Borat used as his home town, they are sueing Borat and production company for "duping" them into believing they were trying to help their town, but in reality were not. As well, the guy, who Sacha based his Borat character off of, is sueing for compensation for the right to use him as a character. I'll try and found the links..
