Saw this today. This is a guy who doesn't know how to play the piano or the drums...

I'm pretty surprised that he "can't play piano or drums" but still made the piano run as well as he did. It would take just a bit of musical theory to come up with a piano piece like what is played in the video. That's not just a bunch of random pecking.

The drums... I could understand if he's a newbie, but again, doesn't seem like a first timer. His hits are too solid and confidant to be a first timer...

Well, I had never touched a piano in my life but I had about 3 years of guitar under my belt at the time and I sat down with my buddies keyboard and in 15 minutes I created a few "Riffs" if you will, don't know if that the proper terminology, its really not that hard to peice together 9-12 notes that sound decent together, just takes a bit of messing around Stry :)
