Hey, natty ice (at 5 dollars a case) is a perfect beer for any college student that wants to get shitfaced, simply because it is so cheap. (other options for cheap college alcoholism (and fuck those that disagree, you obviosuly aren't living away from home for the first time with no source of income and an extremely small ammount of money): Pounder cans of Yeungling, 40s of High Life, the list goes on...)

That does not redeem the beer, by any means, in my eyes... but it makes it better then something that is terribly shitty and about as expensive for a 6-pack.

Mind you, that video was pathetic on so many levels he may as well have been drinking natty light. Then we'd be able to call him retarded both for the video and for possibly being in league with a fraternity.

I personally get drunk by spending the whole 4 dollars on pounder cans of yeungling and chuging like a son of a bitch, and no body had better say he wanted to enjoy the beer... because that would just make them retarded for insinuating that Rolling Rock is enjoyable. Sure, theres nothing offensive about the beer... but theres nothing remotely outstanding about it either (that includes some idiot 'italian' that regularly fucks up traffic in South Philadelphia by filming movies about fighting black men, East Germans, or commies).

Ok, the first post was messing around yes, but come on - American beer IS terrible. Name me some good american beers that are -
a) Nothing from stone brewery
b) Not a typical fizzy yellow lager/"lite" beer

As for the dumbass comment (it's arse, dumbarse), may I ask how you or I am free? If you think about it, even just a little, we're not. We live in societys tied down with laws, rules and regulations, of which if we don't abhere to we get in trouble - it's hardly freedom. At the same time, you look at third world countries with a lack of government - the people there are pretty much free to do whatever (aside from killing people, they'd get pretty fucked up for that), but look at the state of the places. Whilst we have good standards of life, we're not free at all, it's a catch 22.

As for the beer again. At JMU nearly every party has natty light kegs. IMO though it's better than Milwaukee's Best, so I consider us a rung above most other places around here. Of course we also have the occasional Coors or Bud light keg, and liquor parties are the shit (everclear jungle juice 4tw). You just have to compromise quality for quantity in most cases.

And another good way of getting drunk cheap: Maddog 20/20. Yeah it's pretty bad, but I personally don't think the strawberry kiwi is too awful. And 3.75 for a bottle (not sure how big exactly but it's sizeable). That generally works well.

I'd personally take a Yuengling or Boston Lager as my beer of choice. Gimme good ol Jack and Coke or a Mudslide as a drink of choice though.

Milwalkees best is pretty crappy, most of the frats and house parties at Pitt have either Natty Light or Keystone Ice.

To me, hard liquor isn't enjoyable, and drunk off hard liquor isn't as fun as drunk off beer.

Most hard liquor, no matter the supposed "quality" is disgusting. I like bailey's though, and jagermiester, and jack daniels. But thats pretty much it.

Interesting how a video thread turns to a beer/liquor discussion. I personally prefer Sam Adams( Boston Lager,Summer Ale,Pale Ale, and Light) and Becks as my top 2 favs for chilling. To take to parties I move down to Coors light and Miller, because Im not rich enough to supply everyone with a becks lol and Im not poor enough to have to drink Natty.
