Holiday 30-day reactivation?

For some reason my station account is not being reactivated for the 30-days. I try to log in and it prompts me to subscribe. Last time I logged in was Feb. 2006 (before Oct. 2006) Any ideas why this would happen?

I am having the exact same problem, except my account was created April, 2004 and I haven't logged into / played it since like Augest or September, 2004. I was talking to customer support about it in live chat and thus far all he's had as a solution after looking into my account was getting his "Administrater" to contact me later via email. Might just be a bug or somthing, but I definatly believe I am eligeble for the Holiday reactivation trial.

After searching through PS's official forums and these forums this is the only post I've found containing this same problem, so my guess is that it more than likely is in fact a bug or somthing.

Update:
I just recieved an email from SOE saying that they have activated my account for the trial period. So i guess if your desperate enough, you have to contact SOE via the live chat option and have them manually activate your account.
