Shit how can you suck so much with a camera that you can't follow a simple target. It's so fucking shaky I thought the guy filming had parkinsons or something.

Saddam died too easily, they should have given any Iraqi with a grievance a ball bearing, and let them take a shot at him... meh at least he is dead.

The Iraqi's are taunting him, chanting "Maqtada Maqtada Maqtada" and saying "See you in hell" to which Saddam replies "The hell that is Iraq?"
Glad he's dead.

My brother is 19 now, mormon (no, not for a girl, because he feels he has sinned (he's had like...3 threesomes all MFF))
He doesn't jerk off, watch porn, have sex before marriage, watch R rated movies, cuss, ingest stimulants (NOTHING, nicotine, alcohol, even caffeine). I'm all for having your beliefs and stuff, but just 2 short months ago him and I were smoking fat blunts everyday, throwing fat parties at our house with our roommates, and ugh, nevermind. I shouldn't be ranting here
awww.. I shed a small tear for that post Squeeks.

Let's look at it this way... he can have more then one wife.

Not true. I've got a friend and an ex-girlfriend who are Mormons and would be pretty pissed to see you say that.
It's those whackos from the Polygamist Mormon Fundamentalist movement (FLDS Church and other similar sects) that practice polygamy, or having more than one wife. True Mormons (of the official Latter-Day Saints Church) do not practice polygamy, and exocommunicate any member who practices it. In fact, they refuse to even refer to Mormon fundamentalists as Mormons, instead calling them only "polygamist sects" because by being polygamistic they are breaking Mormon religious law, which banned polygamy in 1890. Thus, they don't consider polygamists to be Mormon at all.
Besides, hanging is a lot nicer death than some of the ways thousands of people died at his hands.
So, yeah, just had to set that straight. I remind you, I'm a pretty hardcore atheist, but my ex-gf used to get pretty pissed when ppl joked about polygamy in connection with her being Mormon.
Its sorta like the Westboro Baptist Church. Those are the Christians that carry signs like "Thank God for dead soldiers" and parade around outside soldiers funerals. They believe that God is punishing the world because of homosexuals. When Hurricane Katrina hit, they praised God for punishing America for tolerating gays. Same thing with our soldiers dying, they think its divine retribution from God and should be praised. No real, sane Christian wants to be associated with that, I'm sure.
Anyhow... back to topic, class is over! :p
So... what do you folks think about Blair's condemnation of the Saddam hanging? I think it's kinda ridiculous, since we're supposed to be letting Iraq deal with him in their own way, and they chose to hang him. Certainly not the most humane way of execution, but if we'd had him lethally injected, Iraqis would have been pissed for outside interference in the trial.

Big ass text about religion.
To be honest, I don't care. They're all whackos and nuts for beleiving. Overgrown cults, all of them.

That's not closed minded at all.

Realism. I don't hate them per say, to me it's just overgrown cults and sects, moral crutches for alot of people who feel the need to be told what to do with their lives.
But that's just my opinion and a religious debate anywhere is useless wether it be it in real life or on a forum.

Decent debate can be interesting. The only problem is that with religion, the debate quickly turns into overzealous mudslinging, from all sides. Most people have trouble comprehending that opinions are opinions.

EF, you sure are keen on your mormon history. Thx for posting that, I never really got the whole polygamy thing.

Religious debate, while potentially interesting, is much like debate on abortion or on the death penalty, in that 99 percent of the time both sides aren't going to be willing to legitimately hear the other out and be open to change. Religious values are developed early and are rarely susceptible to outside influence.

And that's why I'm an atheist. I think its all bullshit.
On the other hand, its smart to understand other people's beliefs. I choose not to be an atheist just by ignorance, I choose to be an atheist by actually understanding religion to the point that I know what I don't believe in.
And, as mentioned earlier, my last girlfriend was Mormon. As such, I learned from her about her religion, and she learned about why I'm an atheist. Once we came to an understanding, we were able to leave religion out of the relationship.
And no Squeeky, while she wasn't into polygamy, she WAS bisexual and DID enjoy threesomes involving 2 women. I leave the rest to your imagination.

Back on topic...who cares? I want to see Osama dead. Or Omarosa (http://www.omarosa.com/) wiped from the earth. I mean, I've got a large ego, but this chick just needs to go away...yesterday. I think our CIA could find Omarosa.

You have to be kidding me. I had to watch the apprentice for a class I took last year, and she had to have been one of the most annoying bitches I've ever seen. I can't believe she still is in the public eye.
