Yay me, been waiting in queue at position 1 for the past hour and a half for "Live" Assistance chat. I know it's new years day, but their FAQ says the "Live" Chat will be running on normal hours, even today. I notice on the bottom left of the page (Where it says Done after loading a website) it has been saying "Loading RightNow live user applet, please wait!" but again, if thats why they're not contacting me about my issue, why the funk hasn't it loaded after an hour and a half of waiting and me trying to re-submit a ticket.
Awsome customer support.. all I want is my old account retrieved from like a year and a half ago to take advantage of the 30 day old account activation trial, but now.. I'm stuck on the stupid reserve account in possition 1 of queue for an hour and a half. (Btw, anyone know if there is a way other than email to retrieve an old account not through SOE's crapy customer support? I lost my account user, pw, and the password of the email the account was registered to, but I still have the email name, credit card used to pay on the old account, and CD key of the old account).
