Not sure. I'll be buying a 7" version of one of those for the car-puter I'm building for my Dodge Magnum R/T.

It's going to be pretty pimp, I'm going to use a VIA nano-ITX board which isn't much larger than a dollar bill, and doesn't require any real active cooling. This means I'll be able to actually fit it back behind the dash (probably tucked behind the glove compartment). Of course, I'll need to wire in a slim-line DVD head unit that can do a direct video output to the TFT, as I know the nano-ITX board will have a bit of trouble doing any video encoding itself, and may not be able to handle streaming raw video data.

As for audio, I'll have to get it wired up to my Boston Acoustics amp as well as get it to work with the radio buttons in my steering wheel. Could be a real pain in the ass. Trying to decide whether I want to try to get as much as I can to just run through the 'puter, or whether I need to work out some toggle switches to change inputs on the screen between the radio and the computer. If I find the right software it might work.

I think my best bet is an integrated DVD / TFT combo, though those tend to run a lot higher. I'm trying to keep my costs down. Still doing the research on it at this point. I might not have enough room for the factory head unit and the TFT together in my console. I've got a DIN slot available beneath my Climate Control system. I'll get everything planned out after I get my SuperChips engine tuner flashpaq later this week.
