How fast will these vehicles be going? I know that tanks will be going pretty fast (around 400 KM/h) but what about aerial vehicles, ANTs, and buggies?

just watch the gamespot movies, they show a lot of stuff going around... Just a quick answer though is they move quite fast... :D

The vehicles can move pretty fast, the tanks have some get up and go as with the buggies. I have never seen a skeeter, but I saw a reaver and if I had to estimate they looked possibly in the range of 100kph-150kph.

I think the devs said they are not too fast and not too heavily armored. I assure you that they will need 2 reavers as escorts.

IT's faster and easier to put them in a Galaxy. Most likely, if they're on the ground they'll have a buggy or two and a Lightning. Hopefully...

Hopefully Galaxies won't be so common that they can do ANT runs and still have time for assaults 'n stuff. I honestly like the idea of having to drive a whale to and from a gate.
Galaxy pick-ups would probably be more common in defensive situations. You see the enemy coming, and send out an ANT equipped Galaxy or something to grab energy, and then the Galaxy picks it up and flies it back.

It's not very big...Heh..And you may like it now but ANTs will be perfect Reaver targets. Quick to kill but important. Convoys will be cool. 10-20 ANTs with air support, tanks and troops

Yep, I can see rather large supply trains being escorted by a nice sized army. How else will they get into a base that is under assult w/o a galaxy? even with one, I still see the galaxys needing several escorts.
That could be very fun =)

Yeah, ANTs are pretty much like C&C harvesters (just not heavily armoured, though I think they should be). It would be cheap to go after them, but very effective. Course like I always say, "it's war, you do whatever it takes"
War is not about dying for your country, it's about making the other guy die for his.

The only problem with Galaxies carrying ANTs is they are HUGE targtets. Depending on the sorrounding terrain, I might rather drive the things through a forest or behind some rocks or something to be less visible. Because you know that if the attackers have been working for a half hour or longer to crack the base, there is NO WAY any and all of them won't do everything they can to prevent any support coming into the base.

Or, you could just ram the ANT into the enemy AMS. :D
Probably hard to do, though.
