Just like everyone here, I love computers, but if there is one thing about them I have the most trouble with, it's the hardware. I'm probably gonna get flamed by such a simple question (I think), but how do I overclock something? Argh, I feel lke such a n00b.:(

Look in the bios, you can upthe cpu multiplier and the bus's of things to overclock..... I don't recomend overclocking if you have little or no experience whit it. It can turn really ugly.

The only thing I would overclock is a Duron or Celeron, you can overclock those things so high because they have more space between the transistors and run real cool. I've seen/heard of people doubling the speed on celerons/durons...

The new AMD Athlon XP 3000+ is supposed to be very good for overclocking. You need a good fan on it but it runs very stable when clocked to 2.5 ghz.
