Galaxy guns

notice, that the big cannons are not in the second pic but are replaced with a small wat looks to be a 50 call. Is the second pic older or do the cannons retracked?

The larger guns were the Galaxies originaly ones, but were replaced by the smaller ones.

You would think it would be in in the back, a tailgunner.

I just cant picture a squad of troops jumping for cover because a Galaxy is doing a strafeing run.

The 75MM cannons was removed so the galaxy wouldn't be used as a roving anti tank platform.... Got replaced whit 3 20mm chainguns. 1 on the tip of each wing and 1 in the back,

If you want to kill tanks, use the reaver, the galaxy is sooooo slow, the reaver is fast.

It doesn't really matter.......I just wana know the defence.......2 wingmen guns and a tailgunner (still waiting for the backside pic). How powerfull are thoughs turrets? Cause they look gay.

I saw the vid with someone inside a galaxy gunner seat, it doesnt look that small when your inside. They don't look too powerful, but hey its a dropship.

YEah the 1st guns are like so big they could be rockets the smaller ones are the current 20mm recoiless and the third cannon is the tailgunner, how else would you protect the galaxies ass, i wonder if you would be able to kick the galaxies back door open and make the squad members fire at missles and reaver,and stuff thats just not wanted anymore.

AHHH! Uninformed posts, thread spiralling, spiralling. Ok, must salvage this. Passengers don't do anything. They get a 3rd-person view of the galaxy and just wait for it to drop them. And Bugger, I didn't totally understand you post, but it sounded like you thought the Galaxy couldn't hit ground. I'm 90% sure it can. Also, 75 mm is a big, big gun. That's way too much firepower for a transport.

nope, actually, you can see about 3 of them for free. An interview with 5 minutes of video coverage, a buggy chase, and a view of a galaxy gunner. I have to say there are some nice animations of a guy hopping into a misquito.
