Let me guess you think Johnny wrote it? Wrong. Think Nine Inch Nails, more specifically Trent Reznor. So technically it's a disgrace to NIN. Cash took the song and fucked it up if you want my opinion. Sure it was a moving song coming from him and he's a great man... but his voice was long gone when he sang it.
