"We had a memorial service for Asimov a while back, and at one point I said, ***8216;Isaac is up in Heaven now***8217;. That was the funniest thing I could have said to an audience of Humanists. I rolled them in the aisles. It was several minutes before order could be restored. If I should ever die, again God forbid, I hope some of you will say, ***8216;Kurt's up in Heaven now.***8217; That's my favorite joke."
- Kurt Vonnegut

Slaughter-house 5, Cat's Cradle, Breakfast of Champions?
He's one of the literary greats of our time. One of all time.
You'd probably like his books alot, very dark humor, and out of place dirty jokesl in with an important message.

YouTube - Fox News trashes Kurt Vonnegut
I used to have all the patience in the world. Over this past year alone I think it's all gone away, the collective douchbaggery of humanity has sapped it all. A news company can't even let a dead man, one who has never done anything except to encorage people to be decent to one another, go without spinning partisan politics on his obituary.
"We're terrible animals. I think that the Earth's immune system is trying to get rid of us, as well it should."
