Apparently, the new Nine Inch Nails CD is heat sensitive. When you first get it it is black. After playing it, the heat from the laser turns it mostly white. Also, if you leave the disk out for a while it turns black again.

Now I never buy CD's (or pay for music), but this is just fucking awesome. I plan on picking it up tomorrow. NiN released all the tracks online a few weeks back.

Fucking awesome album. Great songs, and a cool gimmick with the heat sensitive CD. I love NiN.

I'll have to check it out. I can't say that I was a huge NiN fan, but back in the day I did listen to them.
