Hmmmm, nipples aside, I don't think it's a real goat. If they'd decapitated a real goat there'd be bloody absolutely everywhere, and they wouldn't have to "acquire" offel from elsewhere to put in its stomach (which would surely be full of stomach acid?).

The art of entertainment is full of illusion, I don't know if any of you have been to Ripley's Believe It or Not, but there are boxes that you're invited to put your hand in and find out what's in the boxes. They're all everyday household objects, hairbrushes and the like, but the unknown and the slogans on the wall put a twist on what you feel. Similarly the snakes and theme probably put a twist on the decapitated goat, making people ask the question "is that really a decapitated goat?"

Of course it could have actually been a goat. :)
