Little Problem

Hi there this morning i took my buddy key , really thanks to hanma , but there is a little problem .
when i launch psinstall.exe it is everything perfect untill it reach loading graphics....then the launcher stuck and starts using 100 % of cpu and so i close it....

i dont know what i have to do ...have u got any advice?

edit : solved......but there is another problem with login.....is login server down?
