how do you check to see if your computer is capable of playing planetside?

Go to start menu.
CLick on run
type in dxdiag
wait for it to load. Then compare the requirements that planetside needs to what you have in your computer. THe first page will display your memory (RAM) and then the display page will show you how much video you have.
ALso be sure to check your drives and make sure you have enough space to load the game.
