Game Crash

Planetside crashes every time I try to start my game. I used to play, but my old account was deleted. Im playing on a new laptop with Vista. I created my character and when I try to go to the sanctuary, it crashes right after the load. Can someone help?

exact same problem for me, I just started playing again after forever, it crashes when it gest to loading sanctuary..on a laptop with vista...I tried running as admin, doesnt work :'(

Yea I don't have much experience with Vista, you have to remember when PlanetSide originally came out Vista was but a chemical reaction in bill gates head.
