Subscripbe Problems

Interested in playing PS, old WOW guy and heard great things about it. I'm willing to pay for a month to try it out. Downloaded the game, attempting to "subscribe", but it keeps asking for an account key when i try to create a new account. I'm lost as to what to do next. any ideas.
