getting the big robot

i have got a account for planetside and have been playing quite a lot lately im surprised how many people still play this game!

i was wondering how to get those huge robot things, i have read that you have to do certain tasks etc in the caverns but they are not very clear is there a guide or something for this?

Before can cert a BFR (the big robot) you will have to go to caverns and get 75 kills and four base captures. After this you can cert BFR if you have enough cert points. If you go to your personal panel ('o' I believe) there is a meter tracking how many kills and captures you have left before you can cert BFR.

It's been quite a while since I've played but wasn't there a minimum point value for a cavern base capture of 500 xp in order to go towards the BFR attunement?

Indeed, that's also the annoying part of it. i have done like 30 cavern base captures with kills all round and stuff, but only 3 of them have registered so far. :(

Also, when you have completed all 75 kills and 5 base captures, you need to go into one of those Core Complexes and step into the beam, like as if you were charing a module. It will give you the BFR imprint, and only afer that you'll be able to cert BFRs.
