I just heard Sony's CEO just up and left, but can't find any news for it. Howard Stringer is the current CEO I believe. Anyone else hear about this? My friend commented on the profit of PS3s also, I'm thinking it might be a CEO in SOE, or just someone high up in the PS3 area.

Anyone?

So are you saying the Howard Stringer left? He has been around for a couple of years now, as the SONY CEO. I don't think Stringer has left. It is probably like a CFO or COO or something like that. Maybe the president, or someone on the board, or the chair. I don't know if Stringer is also the Chair or President. It could be other people.

Yeah that was it. I heard it's something about the 40g PS3s costing more then they profit. They hoped the super expensive games would make up for it, in the long run maybe, but nothing soon.

No company really makes any profit off of their consoles. It's all in the software.
