PS Crash

My friends PS keeps crashing about 15 minutes into the game. he has windows xp. some of the objects in the game appear as white blocks.

Check out this thread (http://forums.station.sony.com/ps/posts/list.m?topic_id=88000012599)on the PlanetSide forums under 'White/yellow textures and crashing'. That might very well work for him, or perhaps something else in those forums.
