Reminded me of Planetside alot. Defintley looking forward to it too. Its by Zipper, the guys who did Socom, and not SOE.

I dono if this really qualifies as "massive" but it is very interesting.

I want my "massive" games to contain two primary things:
PVP centrism (pvp extends into even pve type activities though markets and non-consentual pvp)
100% Persistent worlds
A bonus point for "single server, multiple zones" and one for "real death consequences"

This meets one (PS made 2 points here, with a .5 for persistence and .5 for low server count), so I'd certainly try it out, but it'd be more of a pickup and play for 30mins type of game to me than something I'd do for any kind of extended time.

Ah how I miss the days of non-consensual PVP. I'm being serious here... starting with Ultima Online back in the day of Felucca. There were consequences to your death you weren't shielded from everything and GM's weren't at every corner to hug you when you thought your death was unfair....

Sony should take all the money they would use the develop this game and dump it in to revamping Planetside. Cause all I see there is 128 V 128 fake MMO TDM call of duty four.

Far better idea to start fresh, or even do a Planetside 2.
