No, they're ghosts. Sort of funny. The tyhing of them singing was possibly a little influenced by poes from the Zelda games and their laughing. Now we know what ghosts sound like. Also, they're very good with instruments. BTW, that song was Laziest Men on Mars' Happy Softcore(Bleedin' ears). You can get all their music at MP3.com I'm sure for free if you liked it.
