In light of the current development of PSN and the announcment that current PS subbers will be first in beta, wouldn it be cool to improve Planetsides playercount for this last, final fight before we all merge to better graphics and different continents (PSN)?

What i mean: PSU got 12k users. If an email would just go out to all of those, some people may just give the game a go.

Who's your webhost? My outfit's page has a cap on the number of emails per hour and the number of emails per day. If we send out more, they shut our webmail down.

I don't know? The forum has a mass-email function on the Admin page. We used to just use that, and the forums themselves would email you - but POWWEB (our host) has some tremendous anti-spam regulation going on. They make us use this opt-in/opt-out function from the CPanel, it's abbreviated "CC" but I forget what that stands for - it's basically a Newsletter with some function at the bottom which allows for opting out. That goes out in a mass-email as well, directly from the server, but because it has that opt-out, it's not spam.
