If you look at the fighting picture (http://www.planetside-universe.com/media/viewer.php?img_id=365) do you notice they blue spot on the gateway with purple streaks bouncing off the ground in all directions from it?

Think its the lasher? I at least think that it's Vanu.

And with gates that size it would be nearly impossible to stop a large ground assault force. I think it needs more of a bottle neck. Maybe it is small enough. I dunno.

It probably is the Lasher. It really explains what they meant by the slow travel time for the Lasher projectile not being a big deal... hehe.

What else is it suppose to do? Your gun is fixed, and you can only do strafing runs. If they are pushing forward, and the mosquito wants to maximize its fire, it probably needs to be low to the ground.

Well I can't tell its speed or anything like that, but coming that low within the walls of the base, it must be trying to land so the pilot can join the ground troops. Never know how people work. Like people in BF1942 who use a tank as a 1 man transport then just leave it around. WHY DO THEY DO THAT? lol

In the second new pic, (the one with the destroyed Lightning) it looks like there is a missle about a foot away from hitting an NC MAX. Kinda funny

Did you notice how close those missles are to eachother (it's going to miss the MAX)? Now put a ruler to the screen - they both come from the same place, THAT FAST. I guess that's how fast the Rocklet is. Sweet. Still taking Lancer, though (I'll never be getting that close, most likely).
