Yes. No. Both. Space Marine is due out soon, and the 40K MMO is *NOT* Dawn of War. It's completely separate and focuses on the Black Templars chapter. I've seen some gameplay footage and screenshots.

It's an MMO-RPG. There is a targeting reticule and it's third-person POV from all the screenshots I've seen. Which isn't to say that there's no scrolling in to first person POV. There is button-mashing and hot-bar abilities.
