I'm talking about a computer system that was so high in its abosolute worstest of the worserest framerates, keeping about 60 smooth-as-butter frames per second in horrible situations such as in a double-poplocked plasma-and-waypoint-infested courtyard, where every enemy in their empire was there, along with most of yours, with explosions and all going off everywhere, on maximum resolution, 4XAnti-Aliasing, and every other whoop-de-doo setting cranked to maximum, plus an internet connection that was so low-latency that it was measured in microseconds, etc. etc.
If you knew your kills would be 30 percent higher with this non-cheating, but leveraging-technology computer system, what would you be willing to pay, OVER what you pay for a system now, and how much more per month would you pay for an internet connection(s) that contributed to that?
I would pay about 30 grand and 150 a month. 10 grand of that would be the screen, another 10 or so the UPS/generator backup system, because I'm something of a fanatic for renewable energy and uninterruptible, excruciatingly high-quality Sine Wave Output electrical power. Of course, the computer would have other uses, to me, such as being a great place to hide behind if someone was shooting at me, LOL because it would be so big.
Right now? LOL! A slaptop and someone in the neighborhood's WiFi in Honduras, the archetypical Banana Republic.
