Character restoration

Hey guys!

With the news of planetside next I've had a massive nostalgia attack and have a real craving for some planetside, not played for a while although I remember playing in the free time they offered a while back

Thing is, like an idiot I deleted my character a few year ago. He was a BR 20 toon on werner. My question is due to the server merge will they be able to restore my character? I remember them restoring one of my other toons a few years after I deleted it before, so I don't think time is an issue.

Unfortunately without this character I have no desire to play the game from scratch.and without the benefits an old character holds. I have already tried contacting their support team... but the email bounced back! Ha :)

Anyway, if anyone has any past experience on this help would be appreciated

I don't know if you can restore a deleted character, if I had to bet though I'd bet no. Don't be so quick to pass it all up though. You can easily get to BR 20 in a solid week off from work :P The XP you get these days is massive. *from kills, not from base hacks, an average kill is 700 - 1200 xp and vehicles regularly give 2 - 3k*

They restored my character! Contacted them via the support tool and they replied within an hour, restored it even tho my sub isn't up!
I'll be seeing you on the battlefield :)

Glad to see people are still resubbing. There are still good fights going even if the pop dropped slightly. I haven't seen a poplock in a few weeks unfortunately. SOE customer service is snappy as well. Asked for a rename on my TR and it was done within a hour. I was quite impressed as I thought that the CSRs do not let it happen that easily.

Unfortunately my return will be postponed, having massive trouble getting my subscription up, tried 3 different visa cards and all have been denied and now it looks like payment is locked on my account. Any other UK residents experienced this ?

SOE has really upgraded their Customer Service now that they are doing almost as bad as Cryptic with six times the product base.

I did it once , though the support person told me it was a once per account service . Maybe they have relaxed that now .

Indeed they have. If I am not mistaken they may have upped it from all the mergers.
