I read a review somewhere the other day, the guy said Francis is a caricature - I'm not sure if the author meant that the guy was acting. I honestly don't care, either - when I worked Customer Support, all I could think of was that guy every time I'd chat with someone. Know how you see a picture of Professor Farnsworth from Futurama and you immediately think of him talking in that voice? Yeah... I'd make every customer's chat turn into Francis' voice.
