Do you not start with Cert points anymore?

I seem to remember starting with like4 Cert points on a new character.

I'm BR 4 and I've got 3 Cert points. Did they change this?

Aaactually, upon further inspection I see that 5 of my certs were already in use. -_-

ya was gonna say that they auto spend your points for you out the gate nowadays lol ;)
