And Serbitar, get some sleep man, it is late there!

Yess, I'm an old fogie.. 32...

But I still keel j00. :D

And yes, I had a lot of fun talking with the other outfit leaders. I'm glad to see we have such a high caliber community and future players. IT will make the game that much more successful.

I wanna take a special moment to thank our European leaders for making the time to stay up late/get up early in order to participate. Your sacrifice is noted. ;)

Thank you everyone for attending the roundtable, and thank you everyone for tuning in. I had a blast and everything went very well as far as the technical side.

UndeadFenix,

I like your ethos, waiting till PlanetSide's release before the recruitment drive.

How can players select an outfit to join without knowing how good they are?

Equally, how can outfits select players without knowing what they are like?

To create a functional squad I believe outfits should prove their worth to members and members should prove their worth to outfits, and this can only happen in game.

which is why, when we recruit, we test thier skills/ teamplay abilities in a number of games from BF1942 to Raven Shield etc. Helps us get a really good idea of how they play.

ofcourse, we also decide based on how the person acts through irc, forums etc. so Its not that hard to recruit now. :)

That was nice to hear what all tge outfits thought of alliances the most.
