Hey all,
I've been dying to find a good mmofps, and no matter which cheesy f2p lobby based shooter I try, someone always mentions that I should give PlanetSide a shot because I am not finding what I was looking for in whichever particular game I downloaded.
I overlooked PS years ago when it first launched because my computer was no where near the requirements to play it. Now that I have something better, I was considering giving it a try, especially because I hear the player-base has been growing(yay!) due to Next's development.
I have been seeing a lot of people talking about 10-day, 30-day, and even 45-day trials but I cannot (for the life of me) seem to find anything about any sort of trial key for myself. Is there some simple button I seem to be overlooking? Is it hidden in a maze of clicks through SOE's website?
The only luck I've had is finding the reserve program, which I downloaded in excitement only to be let down with the fact I was about 3 years late.
I would just shell out the 10$ to buy the dang game but I was laid off of work last week. I have to definitely make sure it's worth the buy before I waste the $.
I'll keep looking for trials (& a job) in the meantime.
Appreciation and thanks in advance,
-Storm
