just me: I usually use imageshack.us and use the image only http address they provide. save that url if you want to link the pic to anyone.

or goto the bottom and click "manage attachments" then you can directly upload them.

or rightclick on the img and click "get image URL" and put them in [.img][./img] brackets (no periods)
