Does anybody know when or around when planetside is coming out in North America

They are supposedly going for a Q1 release, so March 31st at the latest.
I sure hope so...this game has so much potential.

The end of quarter one....until we hear otherwise, that is the latest release SoE has provided. My opinion is the middle of April. Hope that helps ya!! ;)

Planetside Shuttle is saying that the updated Gamespot site says the game is on target for an early summer release.

The devs are still sticking to the "late q1" release date. Heres a funny concept....why dont we trust the ones who work with it? Nah your right that doesnt work. Lets have another 12 "whens release" threads before we get a concrete answer.

You want a serious answer? No one has a damn clue. We're all just guessing for the time being. Gamespot pulled a date out of their ass and retailers have less of a clue than we do. I doubt the devs even have a specific day for when this game is going gold let alone hitting store shelves. I seriously doubt they will have the game on shelves by March 31st, at least of this year. April sounds about right but they would probably have to push back SWG.

both seem believeable, but the game would haveto go gold within a weeks time if it was to make the 4/1 date, so 5/19 seems somewhat realistic to me, not really that long from now, 2months yet. Hopefully 4/1 =D

both sites list the 'Official Guide' for Early May...
