so im a little bit of a parnoia nut and like to set unreasonably difficult passwords for my accounts. So I did some fiddling with a test throwaway account, and found that if you set a parental controls password you can prevent resubbing by outsiders/hackers.

I wasn't fully sober, mind you.

So I set a password on my main account and didn't write it down on paper, because who the fuck writes shit like passwords down anyway? I don't anyway...

For the past week ive been locked out of my own account.

just got done verifying with SOE to get my account's control password removed.

I don't really get drunk and do stuff on the internet these days. I post like I drink. I usually start off saying, "Well, I'm only going to have 1 or 2 so that I keep my wits about me, and will be responsible." But 9 hours, $300.00, a tennis shoe missing later and I find myself wearing someone else's shirt, sporting orange hair, there's puke on my remaining shoe... and I wake up curled around the toilet - "because it's cold" - only to find that there are pennies and pubes stuck on my forehead.

Though it must be said, once I left my Teamspeak + voice activation on and told everyone I was logging to go somewhere. I ended up having sex on the couch with this girl. The entire alliance heard it. I think there were two recordings made, as well.

Usually when I get drunk enough to embarrass myself, my mind spares me and conveniently forgets. I once came back from a night out, woke up the next day and had about 60 friend requests on Facebook. No fucking clue.

I actually can't spend much time in front of a computer when I'm drunk. Everything is so impared that I just get frustrated and walk away, plus the moniter has a way of starting the spins for me, which we all know is bad news.

But I do have a funny story that happened to a friend of mine. (Honestly, it was a friend and not me) He got drunk one night, struck out at the bar and come home horny, so he pulled up one of those webcam girl sites and started getting a "private show". Well he passes out right there at the keyboard...before he logged off from the webcam show. So when he wakes up the next morning, he just had 6 hours of $3/min sexy webcam show that he slept through. He tried to reason with the performer, but strippers tend to mainly just care about money. That's an expensive hang over.

I wasn't drunk but this was a Planetside screw up of mine. I have my default chat channel set to command for sending messages, and I was having a conversation in tells with a friend of mine about how much I didn't really like my current outfit. Which was filled with other CR5's.

So it went something like this:

.t xxxx yeah I think I'm done with this outfit, I really can't stand these guys.

command chat: LOL, nice mistell!
outfit chat: Dude...wtf...
me in outfit: shit...didn't mean for it to come out like that, sorry guys.

me in new outfit: well, that went poorly.

And that's the story of how I joined a Infamy, the temporary super outfit that was the combining of LXG and Overlords way back in the day for those who aren't TR Emerald. Oddly enough several members from that old outfit ended up also joining Infamy, lol, talk about awkward.
