Sorry Hamma, just noticed I didn't explain in detail, just pictures m8, I see some appearing on the index/home page, but not sure how to use it?

Those were probably uploaded to the website by PSU staff.

Oh, you can submit POTDs here (http://www.planetside-universe.com/ps/submit_potd.php). Thought you meant the news articles.
