On topic: One of the new things in this photo is how destroyed vehicles look. It's really great how their not the lifeless grey husk that may or may not have a vague similarity with the vehicle that was destroyed. Looks great.

Vanguard looks pretty epic as well, keep up the good work(although I'd love a shot of the new Prowler....maybe at 800 tweets?);)

I agree. I would like to see a bit more work done on it; but that's my only complaint. I like the old NC Rexo Helmet but this is certainly an improvement from the old Agile helmet.

Every screenshot has a background and in the background of the ones of the vanu there is bound to be a lot of bases, environments and other empires. As for dead TR and NC those may be in them. But if you have enough VS in any picture well there is always one or two unlucky bastards or braze souls who take one for the team.

everything is awesome so far except that NC tank design , somehow it looks very chilidish toyish, i mean its basically 2 boxes piled together with a cylinder :D im sure you can do better then that, something meaner more aggressive design something like HELLFISH posted, because so far an M1A1 abrams looks more modern then this NC tank, not to mention more meaner looking, it should be the other way round cause this game timeline supposed to be in the future, with more advanced armor layers on tanks and stuff.

Also that NC logo on the tank looks too clean compared to the other rusty scratched yellow blue lines.

The NC armor also looks like toys. Their rifle looks pretty cool, but it's also a little big and clunky and, well, slightly toyish (but not as bad as the armor or Vanguard).

The Reaver is just dead sexy. That thing is a work of art. Nothing wrong there.

Still, aside from their aircraft, they are a rather silly and childish looking group of simpletons. Don't let their looks fool you though, they are still a ton of fun to burst with a microwave beam.

Sry...but their light armor looks like trash compared to the TR one and the gauss is too bulky. It looks like a gun for LEGO.

The only thing that is looking better then the current TR stuff, we saw till now, is the Reaver, especially when the landing gear isnt out, and the MAG-SHOT.

I cant compare the Vanguard with the Prowler because till now i saw only a very small concept-picture of the Prowler...but what i saw there was nice...very flat turret with weapons on the side and a nice looking body.

The concept of the NC Max was ugly as hell...even the VS ones looked better.

Atm even the TR with their "oh so" old style equitment looking more futuristic then the NC.

Vanguards look kinda like Abrams to me, and Abrams are kinda old but they have some high tech stuff in 'em. Pretty sure they have the same if not better optics system in them as the MGS Stryker.

I think that NC uses experimental gear in regards to say...prototype equipment. Not all prototypes are necessarily high tech or extremely effective, but they often have the newest tech (Components) or concepts integrated.

For instance, the VS rifle is obviously technologically superior to the NC gauss rifle, based on whatever mechanisms likely allow the VS rifle to function (Some crazy alien pewpew-voodoo) as opposed to a more conventional cartridge and firing pin based mechanism.
Though rather than simply firing bullets like the TR, they use special rounds with a special mechanism on the gun that allow them to be magnetically accelerated to incredible speeds.

The reason they are wearing gardening gloves and slab armor plates is because they are forced to salvage or fabricate most of their gear from sources other than military supply.

Thus the strange mix of technologically advanced mechanisms and/or scavenged equipment.

NC have the "hacker" mentality. basically, they'll grab anything they can get their hands on and re-purpose it and toy with it. key for the guerrilla mindset.

my guess is that they grabbed some destroyed mag rider and created railguns from it.

why the VS don't learn from this? because it was human made (not handed down from their God) and therefore refuse to use it.

meanwhile, the TR just look at it and says "what's this about fancy sancy tech? Melt this sucker down! do you know how many bullets we can make from this junk?!"
