Your internet should be sufficient, so I guess it might've been too much on your system? Then again, Planetside isnt exactly heavy..

If your running the game fine its your upload speed that's the problem, if the stream is choppy, but you playing the game is too, its your system specs that's the issue
Stream quality is mostly based on upload speed. 1.5 Mb/s for a "good" quality stream is fine.
(also make sure you have a delay so you dont give your position away to spies.) 3 to 5 mins should be plenty

Not sure how to set delay on twitch TV, but my upload is about 5/6/7 MB. And I dont think ill set a deal anyway. I can put up with folks attempting to kill me. well that when I get it all sorted. Also i know what the problem is, bit my CPU are maxed when the stream is running. The PC im using now is a duel core 3.00, just hasnt quite got what it takes, also its 32 bit.

Well, depends what one sees as good quality. I'm modest, even 360p is good enough for me lol :D That you can do even with like 200 kb/s :D

The PC im using Core, is full of things you couldn't imagine, that why I need a new system, I can even reset it as it has to much on it. we talking 1000's of hours of work installing and making things. Music, video, images, home DVD's (not that kind), websites and loads more. I was just trying it out, see if i could get anything good from it. and Maybe learn a few tricks.
And to be fair I have. i know a little more now than I did when i started :D
New PC, and then you will see some good streaming, but thanks for the reps folks nice to know some folks have been watching :D
