Few quick questions,

1. Will PSU have multiple chars per account?

2. If yes to 1, Can these chars be in differant Empires?

3. Any clue as to how many servers there will be?

4. Any chance that you can buy a CD key online, and borrow the install CDs from a friend, for a discounted price? (like in Earth and Beyond)

You can have up to 4 charecters on one server of all the same faction. You cannot have characters of a different faction on the same server. You can have 4 charecters on each server, and each server can have it's own faction.

There are 3 us servers, 2 EU servers, and at least one pan pacific server.

You most likely will not be able to do the CD key thing. They like their money.

1) Yep, 4.

2) Nope.

3) I think 5.

4) Proably not.
