HAHA nearly 1 1/2 months after my account on AO was hacked and messed up they finally sent me a message (keep in mind i no longer even subscribe) saying basically "yeah we are dumbasses for telling you it was you that deleted all your characters" and they gave me 2 free months. What a waste of soemthing worth $22 plus they want to give me the booster pack which i already own for free. I hope SOE has better support for events like this... screw you funcom
